The manager Vanessa was rude I put a catering order in for a conpany the tracker had me worried so I called it was trying to give my order number she didnt take she said I have zero control over the drivers. Gave zero reassurance I even called back to say if there is a delay I am willing to go pick it up because I do need that order by a specific time.
