I bought my sons first car from Paniagua Auto Mall in Dalton and Rafael was our salesman. He helped tremendously during the whole process from start to finish. I was so stressed trying to find the right car for my sons first car and nervous about making the wrong decision, but once we made it to Paniaguas I felt comfortable and no longer stressed. First and foremost.. I’m only rating them 2 stars simply bc of the sweet kid that sold me the truck I got! He definitely needs a raise! But as for the car dealership in total, HELL NO. So I get this truck.. the check engine light comes on immediately after I leave. So I try to do what I can to fix on my own. Then the exact day of me owning it a month it just dies on me: come to find out the catalytic converter was bad in it.. If I could’ve rated a zero I would. Got a Mercedes from them. Definitely a lemon. Owned it barely 6 months. They never worked on it like it was supposed to be worked on. Not only did it continue to stop or not even crank at random, it caught fire. And still had to lay on it after the fact. And that’s after putting in 3000 in repairs. No shot. Highly disappointed. Sad, great looking car, but doesn’t matter if it doesn’t run, and not worked on properly before selling.
