We verbally agreed on a purchase price over the phone. I drove 45 min from north Chattanooga to Dalton, and they presented the original sales price saying that’s what they thought I agreed to. During the conversation, I saw on their notepad the exact price we verbally agreed to. They refused to acknowledge any “mistake” or return to our agreed price. We did not buy the vehicle. If you are visiting them from out of town, triple check their acknowledgement of the sales price before taking two hours out of your day.
