while everyone I've dealt with were very friendly, panhandle rental will not get my business again! this place strung me along for 6 months waiting on a boom lift. I was first on the list to receive a Lift and I understood when they rented it to others before me due to the hurricane. 6 months later after many many excuses now they tell me that they will not rent to me because another customer damaged one of their lifts. this is totally unprofessional and ridiculous in my opinion!

Friendly, helpful employees. Renting the lift was a God-send for the chimney repairs we needed!! And the rental price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company!!
