It is the worst in terms of service, I drove 2 hours to get to this place, the policy says that you can arrive up to 15 minutes later than the indicated time, I arrived exactly 15 minutes late, that is why they did not serve me and they made me wait 3 more to serve me. They should be more considerate with people who come from far away.
I was nervous to bring my three kids in because some of the reviews are horrible, but my experience with this office was amazing. They got my kids in for their cleanings pretty fast. The dental assistants were so sweet to my kids. Dr. Doug was amazing and kind! At the end of the visit, my kids got a little toy out of the gumball machine as a reward. 10/10, would definitely recommend!!
The staff is always amazing with our boys (now 11 and on the Autism spectrum and 7 yrs old). We highly recommend!
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Lapointe is awful. We were referred by our family dentist. We did a consultation and was told our son needed more work done than originally thought. They gave us two treatment plans. 1 with general anesthesia and the other with multiple visits. They don’t offer a cash discount and we have a dental saving plan with our primary dentist. Rude staff, called today and tried to make an appointment and got attitude from the lady when trying to schedule. I told her nvm I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
