They were very pleasant all they way. It started with the appointment, she answered my questions without and hesitant.. On the day of my consultation, they explained the hold porocedure to me and I had a list of my own questions to ask, and she answered them without hurrying me along. She mentioned if I wanted the meet the Dr. I said yes, I was a bit nervous, but he came in and made me feel special.
