If I could give this company a zero star rating, I would. The owner Tom, handles Northshore's Homeowner Association's finances. He has dropped the ball on many things. The rest of the team at Panhandle Management has given great service, but Tom not conducting business professionally. We have sent him many emails with no response and no actions taken on most things we request. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and used to have respect for this company. They have now lost my trust. -Eric.
