DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT ALL!!! Dropped a 250 off for repairs and waited OVER A YEAR with hardly any reply back after constantly trying to contact them. Went to finally get the vehicle to take it somewhere else even paid this mechanic over $2,000, THIS MECHANIC WILL STEAL YOUR VEHICLES PARTS AND SELL THEM FOR THEIR OWN PROFIT/GAIN, LIE ABOUT IT AND NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN. Do NOT take your vehicle here unless you want to have a totaled vehicle and have less $$ in your bank account.

I paid $1800 for my work truck to be fixed. It ran for 4 days after leaving Panhandle Performance and then broke down. Chris said he would take care of it and 5 days later I can’t get him to answer the phone or respond to text. Definitely a rip off going to this place. My business has suffered because of this place. STAY AWAY

If I could give a -10 I would nothing like being lied to on the phone I was told that my truck was fixed and that he was gonna email me the statement well the statement never came I work out out of town so I sent my girlfriend to pick up the truck that was supposedly Finished just for her to tell me that the man said he hadn't even touched the truck in the month that it has been there and there was no charge so I dont know about others but a liar is the worst in my book.

Very knowledgeable about performance and factory diesel powered vehicles. Honest pricing and informed me of repair charges prior to repair. Repairs are tight and right.
