I am an overweight 61 year old lady and these coaches took me in and all the awesome people here have kept me going! Don’t be afraid of it, you can do this. The hardest part is coming through the door, after that the best coaching staff will walk you through to functional mobility! Come try it out!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST GYM IN TOWN ! Just the word 'cross fit' can be intimidating, but everyone, from the amazing coaches to the members, is extremely encouraging & helpful. Adam & Kirstie, the owners, are amazing..just one conversation with them lets you know they have great passion for what they do, & they want you to love it too, which you will. Leave your inhibitions at the door and try it….you'll wish you had done it earlier.
