PCHC helped me when I needed it the most! This is one of the best clinic I have been to! From the second you walk in to the moment you walk out you are cared for! Giselle, Jaycee, Aveesh and NP Tasha Hererra they are an amazing staff! I highly recommend to all!
Receptionist were polite; that deserves atleast a star. Healthcare in this areas is so completely inadequate its mind boggling. I went for my mental health being that I just moved here (I had excellent care from my previous dr in a different state) and was already diagnosed by a reputable dr so i assumed this would be pretty simple. Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and was finally seen 50 minutes after my appointments scheduled time. We did not have a good experience here. For one, the psychiatrist was on an iPad, not in person. We were placed in a room the size of a closet with an iPad in front of our faces. The first psychiatrist we talked to was very cut and dry and didn’t have any emotion. When we asked for a second opinion, she asked us to wait and she would connect us with another psychiatrist from Amarillo.
