I have waited for 3 hours for a doctor to see me about a blood clot. My husband calls in to check on me and they inform him my ultrasound was clear. I waited another 30 min where I had to go to a nurse and ask them and they had my discharge papers ready. I was not asked questions, my blood wasn’t taken, the doctor came in and said hi that’s it!! I do NOT recommend this place !!!

I want to thank the caregivers who have been looking after my sister in ICU since Wednesday and now in the Covid step down unit. I know you saved her life at least twice. I wish I could look you in the eyes and hug you with my gratitude. She has told us of your unrelenting high level care and exceptional problem solving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recently contacted this Urgent Care due to pain I was having under my right rib. I contacted them by phone and the individual took all my information and my symptoms. She then required a $100 deposit over the phone. I then proceeded to the Urgent Care where I was advised to wait in the parking lot after I notify them of my arrival.
