I wouldn't even give them one star. My mom was diagnosed a month ago with bladder cancer. It has taken until today Sept 6th to begin treatments. We arrived at this office for her to begin chemo for the first time. An hour later she comes out to tell us her insurance denied her treatment because Dr. Malamud isn't in her network. This isn't the first visit she has had with him. He wants to put the blame on insurance company when his office staff didn't do their job.
