We went to Panhandle Auto to look at 2 trucks. We went in the store at 6pm on a Friday night. Josh was so kind. He copied our drivers license & gave us the keys to test drive the one we were very interested in. We told them we wanted the truck & they put it inside so we could finalize the trade. The next day at 11:00am we went to do the trade & the paperwork was already done. After 2 weeks & through the holidays we went to license the truck & the paperwork was all there. It was so easy. I bought a vehicle which they claimed to be in great condition. I asked if there was any major issues with the vehicle they told me there was none; only hail damage to the car. I told them the locks were not working and they said it was a simple fix. Sure enough that simple fix was 3K. I called them and all they said was they couldn’t do nothing that it wasn’t their responsibility. It would have been great if they were honest when I purchased the vehicle.
