Dr Dennis Pangtay and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are friendly,kind,helpful and polite.

I'm hard of hearing, asked him to speak up and he DID NOT! Refused to give me a script for high blood pressure AND a diuretic saying it would cost more, so not true!!! I changed drs after that! No, I do not reccommend him to any one.
Dr Pantagy’a staff is rude. Be prepared to wait in the lobby for at least 30mins to an hour. Then you will most likely wait another hour in the patient room. He is scared to touch you or get near you. Doesn’t diagnose correctly or even order the proper lab test, do not recommend!
My wife went to see Raymond for a physical and he is really nice, very concern about the patients, he ordered so much test todo and one week pass and nobody called to let my wife know what was wrong with results. We came got copy they give to us without explaining the lab results. 1 week pass we came for an order for diagnostics mammogram, we ask to talk the nurse, they put the receptionist to give us the results. They are ver unprofessional. And my wife been with him for over 15 years. I VERY SAD.
HE NEVER DISCOVERED MY MOTHER HAD BLOCKED ARTERIES AFTER BEING CHECKED BY HIM AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH. sHE ENDED UP HAVING DOUBLE BYPASS OPEN HEART SURGERY. HE HAD SEEN HER ONE DAY BEFORE AND SAID HER HEART SOUNDED PERFECT. WHEN SHE GOT TO THE ER THE DAY WE FOUND OUT HER ARTERIES WERE BLOCKED THEY IMMEDIATELY DISCOVERED HER HEART WAS NOT BEATING CORRECTLY!!
Dr. Pangtay did my pap smear two months ago and completely missed a mass that was growing inside of me. Today I went to a gynecologist who was very concerned and confused as to why Dr. Pangtay had not noticed it. Needless to say I will be looking for a new primary care physician.
I was happy with him. He is very professional.
