Very good service with knowledgable vets!
Doesn't offer over the counter medicine recommendations nor will prescribe anything . Did give me a refund however.
Dr. Cuevas is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Even my cat Mozzie who isn't feeling the best wanted to say hi during our video appointment. Definitely recommend if you need someone to talk to about your family pet.

Dr. Cuevas was very thorough. She answered all my questions, gave good suggestions, and was able to give solutions to resolve the issues with my kitten.
