Garrett and Joe did a wonderful and very thorough job on our inspection, finding not only termites outside, but termite damage inside as well. The report was very clear at explaining specific issues, where they were located in the house, and what fixes would need to be done. Every inch of my house was looked at! These folks are so thorough and knowledgeable - wouldn't want anyone else inspecting!
Just had an inspection done as a buyer. Would recommend this company. They were extremely thorough, as well as efficient. I had my report the same day I did the inspection. The report itself was in depth, and explained things clearly and concisely, and included pictures. Overall great experience and they covered all their bases and then some!
Not only did Joe do a thorough inspection of my new home, he came to my new home a SECOND time at no expense to me to go over items I had questions about! I felt such peace of mind because of this! And he was happy to offer suggestions and solutions as well! I know I can reach out to him in the future. As a first time homebuyer, this was incredibly appreciated :)
