They missed so much on our house and ended up costing us tens of thousands of dollars. Would not recommend at all. Editing to respond, I'm not sure how to respond directly. We had our inspection done in the end of 2024. Just got around to writing a review.

We used Pangborn for our home inspections, specifically Joe, we had an amazing experience. Got out there very quickly, was very very thorough and made himself available for any and all questions. Will definitely save his information for any referrals and friends down the road! Will be our go to home inspector from here on out.
