Pang was nice to work with. However, unfortunately, the digital perm I got not only failed to take, but it also straightened my natural waves and caused me to lose about 1/3 of my hair. It’s been almost 2 months since the service, and I am still my losing hair in chunks whenever I brush, style, or wash it. Absolutely love my hair! I asked for a lilac/purple balayage and it turned out better than I expected. This was my second time having my hair colored professionally, and I'm so impressed that she was able to bleach my pitch black hair to get such a light and bright color! I was looking for a hair stylist I could trust and see again before a wedding I'm in next year, and I'm so glad I found Pang. Relaxed vibe, without the awkward small talk expectations, and I got to chill, read my book, and relax on day off.

I had my first haircut appointment with Pang today and it was one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. She was recommended to me by a friend. Pang told me that what I wanted was possible when I’ve been told in the past that what I wanted wouldn’t match me. Pang was kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be getting my next hair cut with her.
