Ordered coffee tote and bagels. No cups were included in the bag, nor were there any creams, sugars, etc. Terrible location with no attention to detail.
Place closes at 10pm. I get there at 8pm two hours before close. I walk in and all bakery items are put away. The tea area has been broken down and cleaned and no tea left. Why am I here? What purpose does a restaurant serve when they close two hours because their advertised time? I asked if there was any tea and get the weirdest look like I’m slow and how dare I ask for something 2 hours before close. Panera has turned into glorified expensive hospital food. Ordered and got food fast and was fresh and made correctly. Employees were very nice.
