Food was normal Panera, heat and serve. The restaurant was clean. The only problem I truly had was the guy standing at the counter that they serve your food out of. He clearly didn’t work at this Panera. He stood there talking to other people working there scratching his head while watching his phone drinking a drink. It just not sanitary & I should have said something in the moment.
Food was what you’d expect from Panera but the staff was top notch. Super clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. One of the employees (I think her name was Bliss) went above and beyond when my 7 year old spilled a cup of water. He was upset and rather than just clean it she came over and made him all smiles.
Food is delicious, especially salads.
