Service is awfully slow. They do not get things made in a timely order. I waited over 20 minutes for a LATTE which resulted in my food being cold by the time it came out.
I went there this morning to get some coffee. I wanted to reuse the Panera cup I had bought late the previous evening because I am conscious of plastic waste. A friend found out I was going there and asked me to get their order as well, so I agreed. Upon seeing my friend's cup and the one I had purchased the day before, the employee told me I needed to place a new order.
