I stopped through on my way to Illinois. We had Tia (Manager) take our order. It was very refreshing not having to repeat things back or to wait forever. She was very friendly, efficient, and on point. Keep up the great work, Tia!
Great place for lunch
Very disappointed with the service at this location. Couldn’t understand the girl in the drive thru. Bagels were about a half inch high, cream cheese was frozen and then at the window the kid basically threw the bag at my husband and didnt say a word!! What is with customer service these days. Will not go to this location again!!!
The food quality has definitely gone down a little. I haven’t had Panera’s bagels in a while, so I thought I’d get some today. The bagels were a lot smaller than they used to be, and the tub of cream cheese that I got with it was horrifying. It looked like a tub of cottage cheese. Not cream cheese. The consistency was different, as well as the taste. I was also missing some items
