I ordered an egg white breakfast sandwich and they were out of the bagel they normally use so they asked me to pick a different bagel. I said fine, Put it on the asiago cheese. When I came to pick it up at the window, I ate in the facility, the waiter behind pick up window said that looks like it’s a little overdone. It was toasted too much. Pretty Good, ordered a couple of soups and sandwich. Black bean and chicken noodle and they accidently gave me 2 chicken noodles which was ok as my mom isn't feeling good and I can get the black bean later. The employees were very kind and helpful though

I usually like Panera restaurants. I came for my birthday today because it sounded good. But I ordered two bowls of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich and two lattes. Everything was cold when we got it, and it took a really long time - while I watched many other people's names pop to the top of the "ready" board that weren't there at all when we ordered.
