I asked for extra mayonnaise and they gave me the thinnest slice of bread and way too much meat and cheese and there was like no mayo on the sandwhich. And they didn’t cut it. And I heard them ask if they should put extra mayo in the bag and they paused, I couldn’t hear what the manager said but they put it up and called my name and I’m eating the driest sandwhich on bread that’s falling apart. I just wanted something to make the sandwhich not so dry
The drive-thru needs to check their mic. After repeating myself multiple times, I even asked for a receipt to make sure everything was right, but my order was still wrong. Wrong pastries, wrong sandwich, and wrong bowls... I would recommend a different location.
Place needs to be investigated for health code violations- I go to get my food and see an army of flies on the meal… they proceeded to hand me the food quick hoping I did not see this. This is dangerous business practices that can lead to serious illness. Completely disgusting.
Came in at 9:30 for coffee. One of the two kiosks is not working. There is NO milk product of ANY kind. There is NO ice. Really?!!! You are out of all varieties of diary at the same time? No milk, half n half, almond milk?? The people working at the front and the pick up counter were unapologetic. I am baffled at the inventory mgmt system at this location and poor customer service. This store is neighbor to a Dollar Tree and a supermarket. No one can walk 100 ft to purchase some drink condiments???
The food is amazing, I just come here in the morning for breakfast and I know I’m kinda weird I like Mac and cheese for breakfast, but even at that all they’re doing is heating up Mac and cheese and it takes them the length of my break (30 mins) or longer to have my food out. I hate going up to the counter for pick up repeatedly because it feels rude but also I can’t tell if they forgot my food or just don’t want to make it but there’s no reason anyone should be waiting for Mac and cheese for damn near an hour.
