Good food and people
I love the food is always fresh. Service is always good but better at some locations than others. On point for the most part.
Cold coffee, empty coffee. Empty or cold hot water. Coffee at all Paneras is weak, but they have options for added espresso. SipClub is a bargain. Fireplace is sometimes on. It's a busy place, good location. Nice staff, friendly employees here. But, Gross smells everywhere-carpet, floors, bathrooms. Sticky floors, dirty bathrooms. People cannot seem to find the large trash bins so they stuff all their personal garbage and foods, drinks, etc into the tiny coffee area bin.
Top notch service, clean and welcoming dining area, low waiting time, and well prepared food
