Out of all of the Panera Bread locations, this has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service. I will never recommend this location. EVER!
The service was incredibly slow. I have been waiting over 20min for two sandwiches and a tea drink. There are still 6 orders ahead of mine according to the order screen, meaning they haven’t even started on my order yet. Absolute waste of time for the quality and quantity food they charge for.
It's not just the quality of the food but the treatment of the staff which is always excellent.
