My order arrived with missing items and BURNT!!! My bagels were not even supposed to be toasted!!!! I ordered 3 chocolate chipper cookies and got NONE OF THEM!!!! THE DRINK WAS TERRIBLE!!! The pastries were HARD!!! And when I called the store upset the Mangager Janessa (she said her name was) got upset with me because I was upset about my order!!! I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks and each time there was hair in my sandwhich. I also have a bald head so you do the math. Disgusted, ill stick to the mac n chz I guess.
I ordered a tuna sandwich. The tuna was all in the bag that it came in and not in the sandwich! The bread tasted stale. I've been there a few times, and the restroom that my son went into this evening, reminded me of a 711 restroom, which is nasty.
