Panera brad has got to be the worst drive through experience that a consumer can have.They don't park anyone.Then, make everyone else wait behind.People that have special orders or whatever they have going on.Then, they don't plan ahead and have the other orders ready.So you still have to wait when you're up at the window.For a simple toasted bagel!
Ordered a bowl of soup and a chicken stuffed baguette, side of bread for each, in the drive through. Got to the window, asked if there was a spoon in the bag, the girl takes the whole bag back, asks what kind of soup I got, said “oh okay. Someone else ordered X soup but this one’s yours”, and handed me my bag back. I asked again about the spoon. She said, “probably”, so I checked. No spoon. She handed me one.
