I love this Panera.... Kristin is a doll and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted... The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it smells like dirty mop water in there. It's kinda gross
I love Panera and the food but how can I enjoy my food if one of the employees is on FaceTime arguing and cursing so loud the entire restaurant can hear and talking about thongs? Both employees who were on tn were loud and inconsiderate of guests. Also my Mac and cheese was served in a dirty bowl.
