Ordered delivery directly off Panera site. It has been 1 hour and 45 minutes and there is no way to reach the store. No update. Terrible - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I say this as a long time patron of multiple paneras across the country, but one of my least enjoyable experiences at a Panera. Ordered a sandwich with chips, soup and bread, brownie and coffee. To start the restaraunt felt like it was 60 degrees very chilly considering the outside temp was in the 50s. My food was not made to order did not get chips or avacado on my sandwich and had to go back and get them seperately. Did not receive my coffee and when I did go back to get it the drink was luke warm a few degrees above room ... read more
