Not my favorite panera. I go to many, sometimes 2 or 3 in a day as i commute around the state. Everyday here the bacon sits on a top shelf. No refrigeration, no lid. Everyday this week. Ive mentioned it. Noone cares. I would not recommend the b.l.t. for sure, or a ything else bacon. And that's just what you can see. Kinda gross. Update: week later. No lid on bacon. Asked regional mngr visiting the store while i was in. She said generally its not a rule to cover the cold cooked bacon sitting on the top shelf. Uhmm...gross. Th... read more
