We are frequent customers at Panteras in Shelby Twp, Grand Rapids, and Muskegon, so we have a general idea what to expect, and the Southfield (Telegraph Rd) Panera we visited on Friday, 2/6/26, around 4:30 p.m.. was way below expectations.
