As the stars show, service and atmosphere were great. However the new salad item, Farmhouse Crunch Salad, had mushy chunks of carrot that I could not make myself eat. They must have frozen at one time. Please leave them out or use a more appealing veggie item. Also the dressing was very bland. It was if there were no dressing at all. We will return to Panera but not order that salad again. Sorry to be so critical.
Michael and his staff are great. We had trouble with our transaction, he and his staff quickly resolved it. Thank you.
