Loved it and haven't tried it yet
This place continues to disappoint. Aside from the menu changes the portions now are less. Kitchen staff is rude and unfriendly. And Ana with her robotic and dry demeanor makes customers thankful for self ordering at the kiosk. Panera is supposed to be better than a fast food establishment but you get the same experience
Horrible horrible horrible.. Ordering from this location continues to be absolute garbage. I've been to other Panera Bread locations and I at least get what I pay for. Ordered and paid for a half sandwich with extra protein (chicken) and also a half salad with extra chicken. What I got was half of a half portion of a sandwich and barely a trace of chicken. Also the extra protein for salad was not included which I also paid for. These orders were through the app so I took my food and brought to the manager at the store. While... read more
