The food was decent, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the bakery items and the overall atmosphere. However, the service was a bit slow, and the food quality did not fully meet my expectations for the price. Overall, it was an average experience. I might return, but there is definitely room for improvement.

today is 5/26/26 I am at the Panera on Balboa and Genesee I don't know who the woman with the blonde hair and glasses is but she is horrible! she doesn't know how to make the food right, there was absolutely nothing in our sandwich the coffee tastes like it was from yesterday I had to wait for 10 minutes for a cup, I was going to get a cup for a cold drink instead, but that lady did not want me bothering her. she has a horrible attitude she should not be working where she has to deal with people, I feel sorry for her co-work... read more
Got a hot chocolate and this women I think manager brownish hair and glasses the hot chocolate was cold and she gave me an attitude because my hot chocolate was cold and god forbid she had to make another one with that awful attitude.
