Just got hung up on by someone claiming to be a manager because I dared to get upset when she told me that I made the order wrong for all the sandwiches that we got that were wrong even though I'm the one who placed the order over the phone . then insisted I wasn't giving her the name on the order ( told her 3 times) so she wasn't going to take an attitude from me. The food was bad. I haven’t been to Panera in a while and was utterly disappointed. I got the chipotle chicken avo melt. It used to be soooo good. This time around chicken wasn’t smoked as advertised. Sandwich barely had avocado on it, and there was NO cheese on the sandwich. Service was fast. Place is clean and perhaps (the manager?) lady dressed in black was attentive and bussed our table.
A woman named Miranda who works in the kitchen at the Balboa Avenue branch in San Diego, CA, has been very rude; she should be moved from that location. Aside from shouting loudly at her coworkers, she treated me—a customer—very rudely.
Wish I would’ve known they were closed before driving all the way here! Now I don’t have time to drive to another Panera before all the other Panera close ):
