To this day I still can’t understand why it takes over 10 minutes in the drive thru with no line to get my salad. Salad is fresh and good quality though
We stopped by for breakfast on Saturday at 7 AM. Both online and on the window, they advertise that they open at 6 AM. Our party and others were waiting outside and the workers saw us. After waiting 5 minutes, we knocked politely and they ignored us. A worker approached after arriving and had to knock on the door to get in. They let him in and ignored us. We asked him when they open and he said, "8:30. It varies by location." Why not change the online and in-store advertising so it is accurate?
I saw the menu online and how there are all these new recipes for the soups and salads. I saw there was half and half, too. I thought ok, cool. Well, the food itself was good. The portion for the high price was a little short. Also, I was expecting a cheaper price, but cuz I got "premium" products, it was like $6 more. Finally, if someone can be ready to help me vices me waiting on someone to come out the back after 5 mins of standing around, that'd be nice Otherwise, yeah, I might come back
I told the team the coffee was cold. They took the coffee urn to the back and brought THE SAME one back out. Manager tried to pull a fast one instead of just brewing new coffee.
