Asked for two Cesar chicken stuffed sandwiches and got two vegetables subs instead and then they got the nerve to tell me that they can't do nothing about it that to file a complaint on line...this place is out of control and I got the receipt to prove it too and still nada

I recently visited Panera Bread and had a great experience. I placed three “Pick Two” orders as to-go, which included two sandwiches, two salads, and two soups. I went into the store to order, and everything was prepared very promptly—I had all my items in hand within about 10 minutes, which was impressive given the size of the order. The service was efficient and smooth. The store itself was very clean and well-maintained, which you can also see from the photos I’ve attached. The food is fine for people that lack an educated palate, the management complies, the kitchen needs to learn to read the tickets, I got the wrong soup and I was miles away when I discovered the error, the front staff is a bit jaded, I guess that's because they're barely adults, discourteous,on guard, unapproachable with little to no personality. If I didn't want a pastry I wouldn't have gotten to the counter, good thing the manager took my order.
