Legit so slow, the employees don’t even acknowledge you. A simple “be right with you” wouldn’t hurt. I waited 15 minutes in line and another 30 for my order absolutely insane. Get more employees if it’s that bad.

Too loud, people bringing in own food taking up tables, a lot of people not eating or drinking taking up tables and business people too loud.
This review is about the service. We are fans of Panera and have been coming here once a week for years. As of late, the counter service has been terrible. We consistently have to stand and wait for an employees finally come take our order. No one ever apologizes and they usually act put out to have to take our order. We watch employees take out trash and other chores while we stand there and no one even acknowledges we are there even though they are standing nearby.
