Food is mostly good, however, they weren’t busy today & still got my order wrong.
Soup & salad
If an order is wrong take it inside and have them fix it. I think the previous 2 reviews are very biased. 1 was the day Panera opened. The second could have been easily fixed. I've become a frequent customer and love they're flavorful food. Yes, they need to pick up the pace but they've been busy since opening.
I love Panera Bread. Was super excited to see Oxford host as it is a sign of my little hometown prospering. Went thru the drive-thru today, and service was very friendly yet slow. Nothing I didn't expect. I was in no hurry, so no problem. I ordered half a Greek salad with chicken and extra dressing. She repeated my order back to me twice. My husband and I visited panera this morning to see the new store. It was actually a very beautiful cafe and the staff was very friendly, but the food was mediocre at best. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel that's bread was really good (which I guess is their signature) but the content in the sandwich just wasn't good. It had two very shriveled up tasteless pieces of bacon, an egg with no flavor and some cheese. I went back inside to get some pastries to take home.
