Broccoli cheddar bread bowl is the best with green tea!!
Sad to say that the croissant sandwiches are much better at Donut Touch than panera. The croissant reminded me of a hamburger bun. Service is focused on computer screens instead of people.
Overpriced for what you get
The cashier spent 10 minutes, talking to the person in line in front of me, Before hitting my order wrong twice, and having to refund the order both times. The order was a sandwich and a drink….. Then after 30 minutes of waiting, I had to leave. Because taking 40 minutes to get a sandwich is ridiculous. Whomever the staff is that was working at noon on October 15 2025 should be replaced, With a simple self service kiosk. And someone who can make a sandwich.
Aaron is the best, Always very professional and ready to help you, he is always super busy, maybe they could stop this nonsense with a new rule of waiting for awhile to get an empty coffee cup to get a coffee…..
