They just hung up on me, blaming Uber Eats driver for taking half my order. Also stating it's easy to seal and unseal the bags when I had to rip it open due to how sticky 2, 2 stickers were used to seal the bag. Absolutely insane to hang up on a customer and blame another entity for miss placing items. A normal business especially in Niskayuna would comp a product, ask if a customer wants a refund for the items or at least apologize for the inconvenience of loss product which was paid for. Ordered a Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains, it’s not that hard to follow directions. It says there’s chicken in there. Where’s the damn chicken and it even said it on the receipt
