Unfriendly staff
They are kinda wak over there, show no type of urgency while guests are in line. Just horrible.
Customer service is great
10 minute pickup is always ready to go, try the lobster roll it's not bad.

One of the bigger Paneras in the area. Good food and service here, order at the bakery if you know your order by heart. Low-fat black cherry smoothie is phenomenal!
