This Panera is gross. Every time I’ve ordered from Panera through Panera delivery they have forgotten an item, packaged it unhygienically, or delivered me the wrong menu item. I had to drive to pick up my brownie that I PAID delivery for, after requesting a refund for a COLD drink they delivered to me OPEN in a hot beverage cup. They did not give me a voucher when I went to PICK UP my dessert in person. Don’t order delivery from here.
All Paneras have declined drastically. Service, Food, and atmosphere all are questionable lately.
Food was okay but the restaurant itself was filthy. Dishes piled up at the return, so much so that people were leaving their dirty dishes on their tables and leaving.There was food on the floor, seats were dirty, walls were dirty and the bathroom was really icky.
Went into the store and they didn’t have anything switched to lunch and I got a salad and I tried to get a drink and every drink that I tried to order something was missing from it. They didn’t have it. They didn’t have that or they didn’t have this and basically I couldn’t get a drink because they didn’t have all the ingredients for the drinks So wasn’t a very good experience not recommended.
