Generally really long wait times. Sometimes items are missing, but the food generally is good.
Really enjoy the Lockport Panera. I go there sometimes to work on my computer. Staff is nice, food is good, service is efficient, place is clean. Several times I have gone there, there have been other customers watching videos on their phones with the volume all the way up, which is super annoying. However, that is not the staff's fault. Will definitely continue to visit.
