I ordered 2x pick two on 11/6/25 for my gf and I, and not only did the employees take forever to prepare our food but they also gave me the wrong order. I purchased a small bacon Mac n cheese and they gave me an order with no bacon along with 0 napkins for a to go order. Like I understand that mistakes happen but come on. If there’s multiple of you working the kitchen, there’s no reason that no one notices a wrong order. I LOVE the Autumn Squash Soup, so when I came in today and saw it was in season, I did a little dance. That was when I met Adolfo. He was absolutely amazing. Such a fun and engaging guy. He made me feel like I belonged right here at this Panera. To the point where he made an extra pot of coffee in the roast I wanted because his goal was to make the customer happy. This wasn't my first visit here, but it's the first time I CHOSE to leave a comment. He's just that good. Isaiah was also super helpful. 💕
The slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. At least 10 people waiting in line and the staff is just looking lost. Need more staff and better staff that has a sense of urgency.
