Sandwichs always have the smallest amount of filling possible, order got mixed up with someone else's, they never customize ur food (I order avo to be added and they dont add it), bread is usually stale. I literally work at another panera in the area so I know how much should be going on the items lmao
I get the same sandwich every time and they can never make it right. I order with no sauce or onions and it feels like I get extra sauce. Not once have they made the sandwich right and the wait just to get it wrong is ridiculous.
HORRIBLE iced chai teas. I don’t think they know you’re supposed to put chai in there. The waiting times are atrocious and your order can say ready but that doesn’t mean anything.
