The food was fresh and delicious, but what made my visit extraordinary was the service. Everyone working was friendly, helpful, and kind. I mistakenly ordered a hot latte instead of an iced one; not only did they remake my beverage, but they did so cheerfully. I only know Alex's name, but everyone is amazing!
The worst ever location of Panera Bread. I ordered through Uber Eats 2 cheese souflé and paid it. I waste my time and come there even I paid for 2 they will give you one means my wife will not get it. Very unprofessional and rude . will never return back to this location again
I came to this store around 7.30/8.00, 19 June 2026 this morning. Came to the register and ready to place my order. No one was there. I did notice a female Asian employee putting pastries away. I said hello. She looked at me and she didn’t say a word. She looked up to the other employees hoping she would get someone’s attention. But she didn’t. Still no one came to the register.
