We ordered Panera delivery for the first time ever and will never again. They use a third party provider (Door Dash). The order kept getting delayed after the driver picked it up, it’s been over an hour and no delivery. Called the store and canceled the order and got a refund. However, when I called Panera they said there is nothing they can do. So basically their delivery driver kept our food and we never got anything. If you are using a 3rd party you should stand by and do something for your loyal customers.
Have not had any real issues yet, I usually stop here when I am in the area to grab my free sip club coffee and occasionally sit inside and eat breakfast with my wife. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always very friendly, Highly recommend this location. I was overcharged one time and while I did question it, I never said anything, but a week later I had a refund in my bank for the amount I expected I was charged too much for.
