I have to give a huge shoutout to Veronica and the entire team at Panera. Veronica always goes above and beyond every time I come in. She remembers my coffee order, makes it perfect every time, and always has such a positive attitude. It’s the little things like that and the amazing customer service that keep me coming back over and over again. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. Thank you Veronica and the whole Panera team for always making it such a great experience!

One of the worst professional experiences I’ve had with a manager after they let go of my drink order and basically spilled three large drinks on me through the drive-through offered no sympathy and or explanation and when I asked for the manager, unfortunately found out that she was the manager.
