Ordered ahead of time during my break from work, however found a hair lodged in my sandwich. I was disgusted and was told by other coworkers they stopped eating their because they also have found hair in their food. It sucks cause I liked Panera, but it's probably just this location. Sent out a message to customer service and quickly got a response, however it was only "refunded" through their app where I got 15 dollars off an order. Don't recommended this location
I placed an order to the wrong location (Chandler) and showed up to the location in Queen Creek, AZ and they still fulfilled my order without any fuss. Great customer service! Thank you very much!!!
Food always consistent and fresh. Clean store.
I keep finding hair in my food. Once in a sandwich and now yesterday in my salad. Like longer dark hair. Only at this location. Please correct this ASAP.
