Please!!!! Stop cramming the wrapper into the bread bowls! It’s horrible and completely ruins the shape of the bowl. Not to mention I don’t want someone shoving their fingers in my food when it could be wrapped properly and sealed with a sticker. I wish I had taken a photo of how badly my bread bowl was mutilated before I took it back.
Walked in. Waited a while. Nobody came. After a while a woman appears and tells me to use the kiosk because they are busy. Nobody in the place. I ordered a coffee at the kiosk. I waited at pick up for a bit before a nice young man asked my name. He gave me a cup. I went to get coffee. All dispensers empty except for hazelnut. I don't like hazelnut but got it because it was the only thing available. This place is in a hospital. How can you have no coffee and Nobody around?
You can stand at the checkout pickup area and you are ignored if you need any service. Then your meal comes out and you wonder why you didn't buy the soup at Publix and microwave it yourself. My bread bowl didn't have the soup in it, nor a place to put your soup in it, nor utensils to make a hole in it.. so you get to use your hands to create the bowl. 🤷since when is soup not served in the bowl?
