Super slow service every time
Current management has turned this place around. Fast service and delicious food!
The assistant manager is so incredibly rude and should really be trained on proper deescalation tactics. I witnessed her take a very simple misunderstanding and began arguing with a driver confused on DoorDash pickup. I have managed several customer based establishments; and talking to them like a mouthy rude teenager was very off putting.
Ordered online for rapid pick up. The sandwich I got had very brown lettuce on it. Other than that everything else was good. I would say someone needs to do better quality checks.
