I visit the Panera on Gervais St about every morning and use my Sip club. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food and service are excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommended this location and Panera bread. Their sandwiches are great especially the chicken egg avocado.
The food was super good and Eddie helped me and he was super kind!! I will definitely be coming back and trying more foods.
Wanted to come here for a quick lunch on a Saturday and this place is a disaster. No full menu to look at, employees had no idea what’s on the menu as they were new (although they were friendly), no booster seats or high chair. Had to complete part of the order at the kiosk and the rest at the register. Oh, and to top it off, five minutes after we ordered one of the breakfast sandwiches they informed us that they can’t do the breakfast sandwich because they’re not serving breakfast anymore.
