I have been going to this location for almost 24 years,& it is the best Panera I have ever been to all over the US. Panera has excellent menu selections of sandwiches, salads & soups - not a menu where you always get the same one or two things. I like the option to pick 2 of 3 items, (cup of soup, half sandwich, half salad). And, the bakery items (breads, bagels, pastries cookies...) are so delicious.
I order 2 soufflés, on the app, at 8:45am to be picked up at 10am. I show up and they say they ran out of soufflés but refunded my order. I'm aware they run out, which is why I placed my order ahead of time, but why can't you take the mere minutes it takes to reach out so I don't drive to your establishment for no reason at all?? Especially when the entire order cannot be fulfilled! The woman said I should receive an email showing my refund but that it may not be received right away... Went at 8am and they were out of folded eggs. Was disappointed the cinnamon roll did not come heated. Would have left but had a meeting there.
Accidentally placed an order here and was at the village market location. Called and asked if there was anyway they could communicate that with the staff here so I could still get my order. The manager decided to cancel and refund the order instead. However on the app the order was still seen as placed, and I was not able to use my sip club for a free drink being that an order was just placed.
