service is spotty, especially at the coffee bar. panera card seems to be giving rewards less often than it used to. Mac and cheese is best avoided, black bean soup is decent though.
Very good iced soy chai.
Panera had "to die for" chocolate chip cookies and brownies and I love my Panera Card.
Hard to get a seat sometimes, but otherwise great
12 mins to heat up premade half sandwich. Gave half of it to another customer; then made me wait another 2 mins to heat that.
Hmmm. Is it me or do the sweets here now all look like factory food? Is quality slipping?
