I went during lunch hour, and it took about 20 minutes to get my order of 2 chicken greek salads. Service was okay. The problem was when my wife and I sat down at her work to eat, there was no chicken. I called to let them know. Been to Panera plenty of times. First time at this location. When I walked in, there was a young lady mopping the floor. She kindly paused and took my order. Very kind and friendly. Ordered "Turkey Bacon Bravo". While waiting for my food, I noticed the area in the back by the employees, was a little scuzzy. Garbage remnants on the floor. Not a lot but enough to notice.
