Sign up for the Panera card - best loyalty program! I've gotten things ( coffee / bagel/ pastry) almost every other time!
Get their salads!! Big portions and not drowned in sauce
They play bad music LOUD (esp. at the back)... Thankful for friendly staff who's willing to turn it down! ^_^
Bad elevator music is STILL too loud AFTER they turn it down, bugs me!!! >_<
Go for the hot panini artichoke turkey and iced green tea! :3
