Was a big fan of Paneras, this time I went I expected the same delicious food, but what I was given was horrifying!! Literal tape and plastic found in my sandwich and my salad! It was like they threw whatever trash they had into my food and I had to find that out the hard way. Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests & the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $9.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY!
