Just stood there at the register for a few mins. Employees had a lot to say, but no one said a word to me :( bummer, panera. Potbelly it is.
Dint go during lunch time. If you must do a phone in order hours in advanced but they're great over there!
The staff is nice, efficient,and always wants you to make use of your My Panera card very good deals.
The tuna salad on honey wheat sandwich is a must try to tuna lovers!

Chicken Caesar rocks! Get dressing on the side just in case. Make sure to sit upstairs but beware of bad acoustics where you can hear people munching with their mouths open! ;-)
