Bad service... Only one waitress working. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup, and ten minutes after finishing the sandwich had to call her because she "forgot" to bring it, as she said. Bad form

Sandwiches are made to order. Sub all kinds of stuff. And stay away from the "espresso bar" and go to Barnes Noble cafe instead.
The Chipotle Chicken sandwich is one of their best items.
