Horrific service. My husband had requested the chicken soup to have chicken and noodle in the soup as previous order out had only broth. A manager in the kitchen then started announcing her Panera policy to not ensure the soup had content. This quickly escalated to one of the cooks threatening my husband and I to *&^% us up. The window Cashier came over to join in and threated to eff me up as well. Thankfully a real manager stepped forward and provided a refund and we left.
